Thank you, so we now know that you have Phonak hearing aids - two more steps to go.
Phonak supply a wide range of hearing aids, each slightly different, that work with different accessories and have different spare parts, once we know exactly which model of hearing aid you have we can show you the accessories and spares available for your hearing aids.
As a guide, Phonak Audeo & Naida aids are adult and Phonak Sky are paediatric hearing aids. Phonak Nathos are NHS specific models and Phonak Virto are In The Ear (ITE) hearing aids. Phonak hearing aid names also include a letter to indicate the software platform eg P for Paradise (having said that P is also used for Power) - the Phonak software platforms are Lumity, Paradise, Marvel, Venture, Belong, Quest & Spice with Spice being the oldest.
Most Phonak hearing aid models are available in different Performance Levels indicated by a number: 30 (Essential), 50 (Standard), 70 (Advanced) or 90 (Premium). The Performance Level refers to the number of features that are available in the hearing aid software. When using MyHearingAid to find compatible spares and accessories you can disregard this number; you can identify the model by the name followed by one or more letters.
