Description
For use with Phonak Marvel, Paradise and Lumity platform hearing aids and Phonak Audeo B-Direct hearing aids - the Phonak TV Connector is the plug ’n' play interface to TV and other audio sources, supporting direct connectivity to compatible Phonak hearing aids. It is designed to simplify the setup and usage and offers superior stereo sound quality using AirStream™ technology. This is the V2 version with Dolby compatibility, multicolour LEDs, volume buttons and ability to power the device off and on.
The TV Connector can stream audio signals over a distance of up to 15 meters to an unlimited amount of listeners connected at the same time. It supports an unlimited amount of connected hearing aids with one device. The audio signal is streamed to all connected hearing aids simultaneously.
You can use the TV Connector in conjunction with the myPhonak smartphone app to make selecting programmes and adjusting settings quick and easy.
Supplied with a UK mains PSU & USB lead and a digital audio Toslink cable.
Compatibility - The TV Connector is compatible with Phonak Paradise, Marvel (including NHS Nathos Nova models), Infinio, Audeo L Lumity and Audeo B-Direct hearing aids only plus the Advanced Bionics Naida CI M90 and Sky CI M90 cochlear implant processors.

To reset the TV Connector follow these steps:
1 Press the connect button on the back of the TV Connector
for 7 seconds.
2 During the 7 seconds- the LED will initially flash blue -
then red. Once the reset is complete the LED will turn orange.
3 Once the reset is finished Phonak hearing aids that were
previously connected to the device have been erased from the TV
Connector memory.
To re-connect the hearing aids to the TV Connector follow
these steps:
1 First ensure the hearing aids are within 1 meter
of the TV Connector.
2 Press the Connect button on the back of the TV Connector to
connect.

I've just used the Phonak Tv connector for the first time as soon I received it from the post and to my delight I can hear the tv really clearly. Not only that, I can listen to the music via dvd player too and it's really good! I'm finally free at last from the neckloop which was really fiddly that I have been using for the past years. I can highly recommend to anyone who want to buy this despite the fairly high price.

Very happy with the Tv Connector can through the app or volume switch which I was concerned about. Easy setup and automatic adjustment for volume control. It’s allows the hearing aids control for balance of tv sounds and background sounds with both with hearing aids & Apps.
