Programming by your audiologist is not required to use an easyTek - just plug and play.
If you are unsure of exactly what programmes you have available you also probably won't be getting the best experience from your hearing aid - we would suggest that you discuss the available programmes and when they should be used with your audiologist.

  For listening to a home telephone: use a 'T' compatible corded telephone or cordless telephone with your hearing aid on the loop ('T') programme
  For listening to a mobile phone: using bluetooth via a Siemens easyTek or bluetooth neckloop (using loop programme)
  For a Conversation in noise or over distance: preferred solution a Phonak Roger radio aid or fmGenie radio aid  - for more limited home one to one use, Siemens easyTek & VoiceLink microphone
