Please note that the available features & number of user programmes will depend upon how the aid has been programmed by your audiologist.
Wireless accessory programme - wireless accessories will work 'out of the box' without need to change the hearing aid programming - remote control facilities need to be coded to your hearing aid by your audiologist.	Direct input programme - please check with your audiologist who can easily enable a direct input programme - aids for paediatric use are usually (but not always) programmed for d/i however aids for adults rarely are, unless requested.

If you are unsure of exactly what programmes you have available you also probably won't be getting the best experience from your hearing aid - we would suggest that you discuss the available programmes and when they should be used with your audiologist.

For listening to a home telephone: 'T' compatible corded telephone or cordless telephone with your hearing aid on the loop ('T') programme
For listening to a mobile phone: using bluetooth via a Phonak ComPilot or Phonak EasyCall or bluetooth neckloop (using loop programme)
For a Conversation in noise or over distance: a Phonak Roger radio aid or fmGenie radio aid

Earmould Tubes for hearing aids
Packs of pre-bent hearing aid earmould tubes. Earmoulds need to be re-tubed regularly. Replace the earmould tubing as soon as it begins to harden.
